The cruel sham that is “right-to-try” has returned to California

No matter how many times naturopathic licensing bills "die," they always come back, just like Michael Myers. Similarly, no matter how many times right-to-try bills "die," they always come back. The difference, of course, is that far fewer right-to-try bills die. They pass at a much higher rate.
